The 14th annual Lymington 10K race takes place on Sunday, May 10th, 2015. The course follows country lanes and the flat coastal path along the sea wall with fantastic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Start and Finish in Woodside Park, Ridgeway Lane, Lymington, Hampshire.

10K Race:

1. Start at 10.00AM from Woodside Park, Lymington SO41 8FP
2. A flat multi-terrain route (not suitable for wheel chairs)

4. Water stop at ~ 5km
5. Entry fee £12 online (strongly preferred) or £15 by post
6. Minimum age 15 years on race day
7. Last date for postal entries May 5th and online midday May 8th
8. Entry limit 1500 runners
9. Positively NO entries on the day
10. Limited changing, showers and toilets
11. Supervised baggage storage
12. Refreshments throughout the event
13. Medals, chocolate bars and bottled water for all finishers

Children’s fun runs:

Organised by Life-in-Motion supported by Lymington Triathlon Club

1. Three runs for children aged 5-15 years. Entry fee £3 (online or post)
2. 12-15 years (2Km) incl inter-schools team trophy. Start after 10K (~10:05)
3. 9-11 years (1Km) – Start at ~ 11:20
4. 5-8 years (1Km) – Start at ~ 11:25
5. The entry limit is 150 for each age category
6. Last date for online entries or receiving postal entries is May 8th
7. Positively NO entries on the day
8. The route which is fully marshalled takes place in the bottom half of Woodside Park, starting and finishing on the 10K start and finish lines.
9. Every child entering the run must be accompanied to the event by a parent or guardian.
10. Every child must be capable of completing their run without parents’ assistance; parents are not allowed to run with their children
11. All facilities provided for the 10K are also available to the children
12. All children will receive a (free) tee shirt which is to be worn for their run
13. Medals, chocolate bars and bottled water for all finishers
14. Trophies for the 1st Boy and 1st Girl in each age group
15. Small prizes for first three Boys and Girls in each age group
16. 12-15 years Team Trophy for the school with the first 4 runners of any sex
