Today were down in Regents Park, London for the 2011 JDRF London 5K. The lead male James Parker finishing in a time of 0:19:38 and the lead female Loren Alleyne with a time of 0:27:29.

Love Life Love Running 10K is now complete seeing 200 Entrants in Cannock Chase, Thank you to Engage Events our sister company for throwing an excellent event.
Well done to the male leader Ashley Sabin for completing it in a time of 0:33:28 and to Carol Yarrow the leading women with a time of 00:41:48.

Men’s Long Race 10K
The 1st race has just started at the BUCS Cross Country 2011 – The Men’s Long Race.
2 Short laps & 2 long laps in and it looks like it will be a close finish.
The Men’s Long Race is in.
1st place goes to: Nick Goolab in a impressive time of 34.55
2nd place goes to: Ross Murray in a time of 34.58
Not much between 1st & 2nd Place
Women’s Long Race 7K

1st place goes to: Charlotte Purdue in a impressive time of 27.21
2nd place goes to: Stevie Stockton in a time of 28.14
Men’s B Race 8K
Men’s B Race is off next at 2PM
The Men’s B Race is in.
1st place goes to: Carl Smith in a impressive time of 28.20
2nd place goes to: Matthew Wright in a time of 28.22
