Returning back to England today after helping our Irish neighbours with their popular Triathlone event held in Athlone. Was nice to see all the locals giving the support to these athletes with the weather not failing to disappoint

The 2010 McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K is set to get under way with 1200 runners making an appearance. The weather is pleasant on Scarborough sea front.
